Artist Name: Bev Walker

Bev Walker made her way from Maine to Michigan forty years ago by way of Boston where she met her future husband (a Michigander). They are now spending five months each year in Maine but the largest part of her art career has been in Michigan. Following ten years in interior design, she earned a master?s degree in painting. Volunteering outside the arts has included Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children, Great Dane Foster Care, and most recently Marine Animal Rescue. In many of her works, shadows are exaggerated, colors are elusive and the atmosphere mysterious.
